I help startups, studios, and founders build interactive 3D products in the browser. From an early MVP to an existing Unity project, I bring together development, technical art, and WebGL optimization.
Yes. I build visually rich Unity WebGL experiences with custom shaders, detailed environments, and carefully tuned lighting. I bring development and technical art together to deliver the look your product needs within its browser performance budget.
Yes. I can build Unity WebGL apps for mobile browsers, with touch-friendly controls, interfaces that fit smaller screens, and graphics tuned for your audience's devices. We agree the target phones, tablets, and browsers early, then test throughout development.
I can help. I diagnose and fix loading problems, crashes, and poor performance in existing Unity WebGL projects. I investigate the build, hosting, memory use, assets, scripts, and rendering, then prioritize the fixes that matter for your users.
As founding engineer, I developed the Unity WebGL client, browser editor, and runtime gameplay systems for an AI-powered 3D creation prototype. I completed the technical handover before development paused ahead of public release.
I led frontend and multiplayer development for a browser-based 3D conferencing platform, from MVP to production. My work covered the Unity client, real-time communication integrations, technical art, and browser delivery.
As part of the core team, I worked on race environments, custom shaders, dynamic weather, and WebGL optimization. I contributed to worldbuilding for 12 real-life-inspired tracks.
I led Unity development and technical art for an interactive 3D product showroom. My work covered navigation, product interactions, custom materials and lighting, desktop WebGL optimization, and AWS deployment.
Adil sets a new standard for professionalism, communication, quality of work, and above all, being an all-around great human being! 5 stars across the board!

Without a shadow of a doubt one of the most important members of our team. Excellent comprehension of task and time management. He always had a suggestion to move the project forward. Five out of Five ratings and hope to continue working with him for the foreseeable future.

How I can help with your Unity WebGL project
↗
Build your first browser product
I take on the Unity development, technical art, integrations, testing, and browser deployment we agree on, working with your backend team where needed. We start with a usable prototype and build toward the next milestone.
↗
Bring your visuals to life
Custom shaders, lighting, environments, and interaction design, with browser constraints considered from the start.
↗
Reach mobile browsers
Touch controls, responsive interfaces, and performance work for the phones and tablets your product needs to support.
↗
Connect the rest of your product
Integrate accounts, APIs, persistent data, multiplayer features, or AI services with your Unity client.
↗
Fix a struggling WebGL build
Investigate slow loads, failed launches, crashes, and frame-rate problems. Measure the bottlenecks and work through the fixes.
↗
Ship and keep moving
Build pipelines, browser deployment, documentation, and technical handover so the next milestone has a solid foundation.
A clear next step
From your brief to a browser build.
You work directly with me. I personally do all the work we agree on, from development and 3D art to testing and handover.
01
Tell me where you are
Share an idea, an existing build, or a problem. I'll reply by email to understand your goals, audience, and constraints.
02
Agree on the first milestone
We define the scope, target devices, deliverables, and estimate before development starts. You know what we're working toward.
03
Build, review, and hand over
I develop in visible increments, review progress with you, and test against our agreed targets. Documentation and handover are part of the work.
Yes. You don't need a finished specification. Tell me who the product is for and what you want them to do. We can define the first usable workflow together, as I did while developing FORGA's browser-based prototype.
Can you work with our existing Unity project or team?
Yes. I can work alongside your developers and designers or take responsibility for a scoped part of the project. I start by understanding your codebase, current build, and priorities.
How much will it cost, and how long will it take?
That depends on the scope, current code, target devices, and integrations. Send me a short description and any deadline you already have. I'll clarify what needs to be done before proposing a scope and estimate.
Can you connect multiplayer, accounts, or AI services?
Yes. My work includes real-time communication and multiplayer integration on Viora, and AI workflows, persistent data, and runtime systems on FORGA. I can build the Unity-side integration and work with your backend team on how the services fit together.
What should I send you?
A few sentences about your idea or the issue you're facing are enough. An existing build link is helpful. For loading or performance problems, include the device and browser if you know them. You don't need to share source code to make an initial inquiry.
Let's make it work
What are you building or trying to fix?
Share your idea, a project link, or the issue you're running into. A few sentences are enough.
You'll hear from me directly.Adil Bouchnita · Unity developer & technical artist
